I have been approved for the co-op (!), b ut because this prosess has dragged as much as it has, the mortgage may need to be "refreshed" and that will mean more waiting. The good news is that my landlord is charging me by the week, so I won't double pay. The surgery is scheduled for the 10th, so that will require the closing be done before then, or at leats 5 days after, which is a Monday. More in a few...
