OK, quick summation: I went to Orlando, was mostly miserable and lonely, drove home early, and nearly careened with a truck in New Jersey, due to my tiredness. I was so out of it I was pulled over for suspension of drunk driving two miles from my apartment. Thankfully, I didn't have a charge that applied, so I was let go. As for the real estate, the numbers work. I didn't buy any properties, but perhaps next time. I did have some fun in Orlando, but was mostly at loose ends. My therapist said he was not at all surprised when I called to make an appointment for the week.

So why the summation? Because I finally got the news I was looking for. More on that next post.
